SAMHSA has a helpline (also known as the Treatment Referral Routing Service) that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year with services provided in English and Spanish. While counseling is not conducted on this helpline individuals contacting the helpline can receive information and referral services regarding finding assistance for themselves or family members with mental health concerns and/or substance use disorders in their town, city, or state.
