Course description: This course studies the family as a dynamic system focusing on the effects of addiction on family roles, rules and behavior patterns. Discussion will include the effects of mood-altering substances, behaviors, and therapeutic alternatives as they relate to the family from a multicultural and transgenerational perspective.
