This FREE intensive MI Learning Series is designed for all levels of behavioral health practitioners. Participants will receive five days of interactive virtual trainings. This virtual three-part Motivational Interviewing (MI) basic to intermediate training opportunity provides social service, medical and behavioral health professionals with evidence-based methods for creating a person-centered approach to service delivery. MI is especially useful for partnering with patients and clients to enhance motivation and promote healthy behavior changes.
In this 20-hour live virtual series, we will cover the foundational practices of Motivational Interviewing. Through the use of presentations, videos, highly interactive exercises and demonstrations, the trainers will guide participants in learning the technique, style and spirit of MI. Participants will be given many opportunities to observe, practice, receive feedback and interact with trainers and peers.
Dates of the training:
20 NAADAC CE credits will be available upon completion of this series (you must attend all sessions to receive CE credit).
