This free resource is designed to bring attention to the power of Language. Words are influential and have power they can heal, or they can harm. People often identify with roles and words that help them find meaning. Compassionate, stigma-free, person-first words play a role in helping everyone on their road to improved health and functioning. When we choose person-first language, we support their pursuit of healing, progress, and goals. We Can Make A Difference.
