The Leadership Institute is our intensive 6-month program tailored for emerging leaders in the behavioral health field, providing a comprehensive development experience. The program features:

- Weeklong Immersion Training: Participate in a hands-on training session in Kansas City, MO, designed to immerse you in the latest leadership practices and behavioral health strategies.
- 4-Month Virtual Coaching Circles: Engage in regular virtual sessions with peers and experienced coaches to reinforce your learning and apply new skills in real-time.
- Expert Panels: Learn from industry leaders and experts through interactive panel discussions covering cutting-edge topics in behavioral health.
- Professional Coaching Access: Receive ongoing support and personalized guidance from professional coaches.
- Commencement Celebration: Celebrate your progress and achievements at a special commencement event, marking the culmination of your journey.
- Leadership Institute Alumni Network Membership: Join an exclusive network of alumni, providing you with continuous opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional growth.
