The Mountain Plains and Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Centers (ATTCs) are proud to partner with the National Association of State Head Injury Administrators (NASHIA) to present two additional trainings focused on the significant intersection between brain injury and addiction!
The additional trainings will focus on the importance of family involvement and the implications of stimulants on traumatic brain injury. There are 2 sessions scheduled:
Each session is 90 minutes long and NAADAC, CHES, CRC, NASW, Iowa Board of Certification, and Missouri Credentialing Board CES are pending.
Presenter Bio:
Dr. Sparadeo has an extensive background in both substance use disorder and traumatic brain injury (TBI). He developed a specialized substance abuse treatment program for people with both TBI and substance use disorder and also for people with chronic pain and opiate addiction.
