The Mid-America Addiction Technology Transfer Center's (MATTC) Leadership Institute is a week-long program dedicated to enhancing people's leadership skills. There is an in-depth focus on personal development, partnership development, process development, and the opportunity to connect with a mentor for one-on-one coaching.
