This face-to-face training is designed to further develop what participants learned in the online Clinical Supervision Part 1 course and to prepare the clinical supervisor to observe job performance, provide feedback and coaching, prioritize learning needs, develop achievable learning objectives and continue monitoring performance to assess counselor effectiveness.
