The Leadership Institute (LI) is a 7-month individualized leadership development program. The Leadership Institute Immersion Training is the first in-person portion of this program lead by a national trainer. During the Immersion Training, participants receive the results of 360^o Leadership Skills Assessment, Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory, and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument. The Protégés are also paired with a Mentor during the Immersion Training.
