Mid-America is facilitating Succession Planning training for the Iowa Behavioral Health Association on November 8. The purpose of the training is to give participants the tools they need to get started in leadership succession.

3. Understand how succession planning is part of a talent management strategy
4. Determine the next steps for your organization
